MY STORY
Passion. Ambition. Determination
These are the three words I live by and live for.

Combine your Passion with Ambition, follow it with full Determination, and nothing can ever stop you from being successful.
That's what I learned from my parents. My parents pushed me to learn English as a second language from a very young age and I instantly fell in love with it. Little did I know, with learning English, I was gaining skills that were going to help me in the later years of my life and I think that's how and when I started my journey to be in the field of storytelling.

I wasn't always into communications. I wanted to be a professional tennis player and I was good at it (As I like to think). I played tennis for 12 years and still do but only recreationally. I was enrolled as a Sciences (non-medical) student in high school and I went on to pursue computer science engineering. I did that for one year, which was enough for me to realize my mistake in choosing careers and I knew it then I want to be a communicator or a journalist. I left engineering and started my journey toward that.

I completed Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communications from Guru Nanak Dev University in India and worked as a Freelance Multimedia Journalist before moving to London, Canada. I started school at Fanshawe College and completed a post-graduate diploma in Broadcast Journalism - Television News. After completing the program, I worked for International News Network, volunteered at Rogers Tv and gained more experience in the field. After which I decided to study communications and enrolled in Public Relations Corporate Communications Program at Fanshawe College.

I am an observer and I am always determined to learn more and gain knowledge every day. Outside of work, I am a total sports and politics buff. I love playing tennis, basketball and I am a big Raptors fan. Being a journalist, you can never go away from the news and I love watching and reading it especially political news.
